Bluebells are one of our most beloved British Woodland flowers. A forest floor of blue, in April & May, is magical - which may be why, in Celtic & British folklore, bluebells were linked to stories of fairy enchantments.
 
Materials:
Sterling Silver. Polished to a shine - the inside of the bluebell is blackened to reveal the depth of shape.
 
Dimensions:
The Bluebells measures 16mm x 10mm.
They have 6 petals and like a real Bluebell, they curl upwards.
The chain can be ordered in a choice of lengths - 18" -20" being a popular choice.
 
How it's made:
This Bluebell design was originally sculpted in silverclay & then fired to a solid silver state.
Repeats of the original model are made using the ancient craft of lost-wax casting (this step takes place in London by professional casters). Back in Pembrokeshire, the casting are tidied up and fittings soldered on & polished to a shine.
