Materials:
Sterling Silver - Given a soft polished finish to highlight the textures.
 
Dimensions:
Total front length is 2.5cm - wire & pod.
The stem of the poppies are looped over to thread through the ear.
 
How it's made:
A perfect seed pod was gathered in a field in Kent & a rubber mold was made so that repeats of this beautiful pod could be transformed into metal using the ancient art of lost-wax casting (this is done in London by a casting company). Back with Rock Rose in Pembrokeshire they are tidied up & the ear-wires are soldered, then they are polished to reveal the highlights of the natural textures.
